It Ends Tonight (Part 2)
Tomorrow, I’m going to IDP to pay Melbourne University year 1 tuition fee, in order to do the acceptance of offer. After that, the possibility of turning back, is very unlikely. My old age parents dislike shaky decision. If I have any change of mind, it is NOW, or NEVER.
For all the possible choices revealed from Australia and UK (some are still in pending mode) I’m actually in a serious dilemma. I hope I really didn’t choose wrong. I hope I will not regret in future, I really hope.
This is my UCAS online track, it shows the decision of UK universities that I applied.
Out of 6 choices,
3 are conditionally accepted (since I haven’t finish A Levels),
3 of them are still under consideration by the regarding authorities.
Times Good University Guide is a quite helpful site for UK school applicants, the link is here.
Lancaster University, rank 8 for business studies in UK,
by Times Good University Guide (Business Studies).
Manchester University, rank 10 for Business Studies in UK,
by Times Good University Guide ( Business Studies).
Essex University, rank 10 for Economics in UK,
by Times Good University Guide (Economics).
Subsequently, an unconditional offer from
University of Melbourne, the school that I have bet my future in.
Australia National University, rank 1 in Australia.
Still with me? Wow! seems you are free, ok lets you see what I did when I were free.
Monash University, application fees waived in IDP education fair, hence I applied for fun.
University of Queensland, yet another “for fun” application.
See? Most offers are still conditional, which means I should work hard by now.
Oh My god, I wasted so much time in doing this stupid post, bye bye!
